"We had one of these tubs a few years ago but with our the fibreglass liner from a different supplier it only lasted about 4 years. Then we found Arthur and his team at the Malvern show and took a leaflet.
After many months of deliberating wether to get one older not we contacted Arthur and he was excellent in guiding us through the best package for us and not just trying to sell us a tub that suited him.
Bonus to start with. We told her the access issues we had and he was flexible with delivery times and turned up exactly when he said. I would not hesitate to recommend Baltic hot tubs to supply a tub.

1. Product Quality
“Faulty product from day one, the first time it was used it became apparent it had been manufactured incorrectly so the system flooded itself and blew the motor, this was repaired by ourselves as Baltic didn’t have anyone available to come and see it.
It has continued to be a problem and usually something breaks each time it is used. No terms and conditions were provided when I purchased it and we now discover that no warranty or after sales care is available to us.
Very disappointed in the quality of the product and even more so by the attitude of the staff when asked for help.
My advice would be if you’re looking for a hot tub go somewhere else that provides a quality product and a business that actually cares.”– Facebook
