I really like how the price is the price - to include all you need and including delivery. No adding all the components to find the price double what you thought!
The prices are good too. We’ve had a two person Japanese style and have just had a mega one delivered. They work very well - quick to heat and retain heat well even in winter.

“I took delivery of my hot tub last week. It was a week or so over the estimated delivery date but with it being holiday season these things happen.
Once I got my delivery slot it was spot on. The driver was lovely and it didn’t take long to set up.”– Trustpilot
“Ordered a sauna door handle, 3 weeks later I still haven't received it, have requested delivery on 2 occasions and today I get a message that it will hopefully only take 1 more week.
Poor feedback and incredibly poor answers from their customer service. Sad!
Another 1.5 after the sauna handle is supposed to have left the warehouse I call and ask for my handle and now get the information that they had a balance error and my handle has not been sent yet!!!
BUT it is ordered and is expected to be home in Estonia in 2 weeks this person says proudly!
I ask the customer service person if they shouldn't have informed me that the handle will not be sent as agreed, since the history of this product is as it is.
Hxn then explains that they don't have that service. Terrible answer and terrible "customer service" Since polhus is the only supplier that has this handle, I have to wait patiently for delivery.

"Beautiful products, terrible customer service.We spent nearly £15,000 with Layzee Living, ordering a sauna, hot tub and plunge pool for a dream spa area in our garden. We paid extra to have the sauna built as we're limited on time.
The team at Layzee Living were very quick to take our order and money, and all seemed to be going well. Upon delivery however, the sauna and hot tub turned up on a car trailer 2 hours late, with 2 teenagers driving, and looking very surprised when I told them I didn't have a forklift at home to unload it...
After a very unhelpful couple of weeks trying to organise redelivery, we ended up paying over £500 for a Hiab lorry to go and collect the items from Lazyee Living and drop them to our house.
We subsequently found a couple of items broken and parts missing, and suddenly the email responses because once every couple of weeks.
Their angle was 'we are a manufacturing company, not a logistics company'. Unfortunately, we are all in the business of customer service, and this company has none after they've taken your money.
The only reason it's not a 1 star review is the products themselves are lovely. I would highly recommend buying them, but find a different supplier." - Trustpilot

he never went into the house so your unfounded claim these were in the living room is frankly laughable as it was impossible for him to see into the living room from where he was stood - may I add this is all documented on a video.
