What disappointed customers?

1. Delivery/Parts Issues & Post-Sales Support

“Can't understand how this company has so many good reviews. I bought a hottub from them which was delivered (eventually) but short of some parts.

I have spent 2 months trying to get them to engage with me to discuss and resolve but with no luck whatsoever. All I get is promises to get in touch and then silence. Beware.”– Trustpilot

he didn’t make the fire , BUBBLE missing,different colour and missing parts and the stove doesn’t working I contacted the boss every week and the guy from UK , the warranty doesn’t exist ‍‍🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

I will contact a SOLICITOR or CITIZEN ADVISOR because they never come to my house to resolve the problem I have proof on WhatsApp they said , no screw no warranty 🤦🏻♂️

2. Product quality/Replacements

"DISAPPOINTED... We took delivery of an 'Elite' tub in February 2021. We quickly found that there was a fault with the mechanism that secures the flue to the heater and it took Woodpecker 3 months to deliver a replacement.

Luckily on that occasion we were able to use the tub in the meantime so didn't suffer any downtime without it. Then on 11 October 2021 I reported to Woodpecker that the tub no longer holds water (it uncontrollably drains completely and rather quickly).

They identified that we need a new heater and promised to replace it under warranty. That was almost 2 months ago and I'm still waiting.

They said they were going to fix it last weekend but nobody turned up and no one has been in touch. They often don't respond to messages. Woodpecker's hot tubs are lovely when working so I'd love to be able to recommend them but their aftersales service is poor in my experience, so bear that in mind if you're contemplating buying from them.
