"First class service. I ordered on Sunday it was delivered and set up Wednesday morning and in use by 4 that afternoon. Bliss. Just a few logs to heat and still warm enough to use 36 hours later.

“Customer service very responsive up until the point of order, once order placed communication was very poor, despite my chasing I had lack of updates from the company.
Delivery date came and went without any communication and I had to follow up, I had to call and chase to find out the new delivery date.
